As a boutique wedding planning company, we take a limited number of events each wedding season to make sure we can service all our clients well.

Month-of Wedding Coordination

This is the "dotting the "I"s and crossing the "T"s" package...for those who are comfortable securing all their vendors and doing most of the wedding planning themselves up until it's go-time, but want to ensure all their planning is executed flawlessly the day-of:

-Up to 12 hours of event coordination the day-of the Event

-Site inspection/walk-through prior to the event

-Timeline and event flow creation

-Event layout diagram and detailed setup notes

-Up to 4 hours of planning, as follows:

         ~Initial meeting (timeline creation, collect vendor info and contracts)

         ~Check-in (about 3-4 months prior to the event in tandem with site inspection)

         ~Wrap-up Meeting (about 4-8 weeks prior to the event to confirm and finalize all wedding details

         ~Availability for additional e-mail, phone, and text communication

-Vendor contact and coordination both the month prior to and the day of the event

-Preferred Vendor List to use as a starting point in selecting vendors

-Vendor final payment/tip distribution

Partial Planning (***Our most popular package!)

A Partial Planning package is for hands-on couples who are excited to jump into planning with their vendors, BUT also understand that they don't know what they don't know when it comes to wedding planning and want the help and guidance of a seasoned professional on your side throughout the wedding planning process. Partial Planning gives you a "wedding coach" with advice and expertise early in the planning process to point you in the right direction and make sure all the bases are covered, relieving stress knowing that you have someone in your corner supervising the process. It's a great balance that allows couples who are ready and willing to jump in and be hands-on in their planning with their vendors to have more flexibility in their budget. This package offers a jumpstart to your planning and gives the security of having access to a wedding professional all along the way to guide and be available for questions as they pop up.   

-All items in the Month-of package as well as:

-Personalized Budget Analysis Breakdown and estimate with worksheet to use throughout planning to meet your budget goals.  This gives you a specific gameplan on how to get the wedding you want for the budget you have.

-Personalized Vendor Referrals based on style, budget, personality, and preferences and vendor sourcing

-Vendor Contract Review

-A wedding planner in your back pocket for any questions that come up from the time of booking through event day

-Venue walk-through early in your planning to nail down logistics and setup details. This provides a checkpoint to troubleshoot any logistical issues that may pop up and plenty of time to resolve them!

-Interface with vendors after booking to make sure plans are in place

Full Planning and Event Design

A-Z planning from venue procurement, décor and detail design, vendor meetings, vendor payment schedule, budget breakdown, hotel room blocks and everything included in the Day-of and Partial Planning Packages. This packages is for couples who want a planner by their side walking them through ever step of the way for anything and everything wedding related!
